Alexis Barkis Accepted Into 2021 Associate Leadership Collier Program

Naples, Fla. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Alexis Barkis, an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group, has been accepted into the 2021 Associate Leadership Collier Program.

The Associate Leadership Collier Program is designed for emerging leaders and professionals in Collier County between the ages of 21-40. Participants will learn about local government, charitable organizations, arts, commerce, law enforcement, tourism and education. In addition, they will meet fellow community leaders to establish connections, expand their circle of influence and gain a broader and deeper perspective on Collier County and their role in the community.

Barkis, a member of the firm's Naples office, provides advice and counsel to employers and human resources professionals in all aspects of labor and employment law and litigation. She represents employers of all sizes across a wide range of industries with issues involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal, state and local fair employment and anti-discrimination issues. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida Gulf Coast University and Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law.
