Courtney Lynch Joins Quarles & Brady's Business Law Practice Group
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Courtney S. Lynch has joined the firm's Indianapolis office in its Business Law Practice Group.
Lynch focuses her practice on a variety of business law and tax-exempt organization matters in the areas of religious activities, affordable housing, education, and health care. Ms. Lynch also provides a range of real estate legal services, including representation of developers in residential matters. Ms. Lynch has experience assisting clients with respect to corporate governance, transactions, securities registrations, and compliance requirements.
She received her law degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from DePauw University.
