Helen Schweitz Joins Quarles & Brady’s Intellectual Property Practice Group

CHICAGO, Ill. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Helen M. Schweitz has joined the firm's Chicago office in its Intellectual Property Practice Group.
She has experience drafting and negotiating confidentially, software, data, research, and settlement agreements. Helen has counseled clients on corporate strategy, technology, and product operations. She has developed agreements for the evaluation of software and hardware and for technology services (e.g., SaaS).
She received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and her bachelor's degree from Earlham College.
