What are some ways the law firm has been able to respond to clients in a new or different way?
Almost every major litigation, we will come to the clients and ask them if they want an alternative fee arrangement. That's been interesting because I think they see that as a value add, some will take it and some will not. We do extranet sites, trying to put all the client's information together. We also do client service meetings and we've been doing those for 12 years or so. We invite some of the clients in for the client service meetings so that we understand their perspective.
