Lindsey Grady Completes Northwestern University Mediation Skills Training Certificate Program

Lindsey Grady, a Milwaukee-based Quarles & Brady attorney in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group, received a mediation skills certificate from Northwestern University.

A former Wisconsin Circuit Court judge, Grady understands the importance of listening, learning and guiding litigants to a better understanding of their goals and options. She is an experienced litigator and continues to gain practical insight as an attorney representing businesses, trusts and individuals. With her history as both a judge and a litigator, Grady brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as a mediator.

She serves as a mediator for both unfiled conflicts and active litigation matters. Grady focuses on disputes involving trust, probate, elder law, torts and contract matters. In addition to in-person mediation, she is available for virtual mediation, enabling her to mediate in any jurisdiction.

During her 11-year tenure as a Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge, Milwaukee County, Grady served as the presiding judge for the Probate Division and served on the civil, criminal and juvenile benches.
