Maciej (Matt) Pietruczak Joins Quarles & Brady’s Business Law Practice Group
MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Maciej (Matt) Pietruczak has joined the firm's Milwaukee office in its Business Law Practice Group.
Pietruczak assists clients with business and corporate matters, including equity and debt financings, equity incentive plans and related agreements, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, and patent licenses. Prior to joining the firm, Pietruczak worked for a boutique business law firm in Madison, Wisconsin.
He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
