Melissa McCord, Sarah Sise to Lead Quarles Women’s Forum Business Resource Group

Partners Melissa McCord and Sarah Sise have been named national co-chairs of the Quarles & Brady Women’s Forum, the firm’s business resource group for women attorneys.

McCord, based in Milwaukee, is active in a variety of other leadership roles for the firm, including serving as national vice chair of the Business Law Practice Group, a member of the Milwaukee Recruiting Committee and national chair of the Summer Associate Program Committee.

Sise, located in the firm’s St. Louis office, leads the Employee Benefits team. Before joining Quarles in 2023, she was active in a variety of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) activities, including being a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow in 2019.

The Women’s Forum creates and hosts programs on professional and career development topics for women, and organizes peer and group mentoring circles to facilitate the sharing of ideas and best practices.
