Michael H. Fleck Joins Quarles & Brady’s Intellectual Property Practice Group

CHICAGO, ILL. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Michael H. Fleck has joined the firm’s Chicago office as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. 

Prior to joining the firm, Fleck was an attorney at Hanley, Flight & Zimmerman. In his practice, Fleck prepares and prosecutes patent applications related to a wide variety of technologies, particularly in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. He also advises clients in matters related to patent infringement, patent validity, and patentability.

Fleck received his law degree, cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from North Caroline State University.
