Quarles & Brady Adds Business Law Attorney Paul Valentine

Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Paul Valentine has join the firm's Business Law practice group as Partner in the Phoenix office.

Valentine focuses his practice in structuring corporate, partnership and real estate transactions, counseling medium and small businesses and tax-exempt organizations in tax matters, litigating tax cases in federal courts, and handling administrative controversies before the IRS. He also regularly assists clients in various industries with all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions.

Valentine received his Bachelor of Science from Leeds University, Leeds, United Kingdom, his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and his Master of Laws from New York University School of Law.
