Quarles & Brady's Real Estate Practice Group Welcomes Susan I. Matejcak

CHICAGO, Ill. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Susan I. Matejcak has joined the firm's Real Estate Practice Group in its Chicago office.
Matejcak focuses her practice on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, real estate development, and construction documentation.
She advises clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, portfolios, real estate financing transactions, and division of real estate ownership through creating "vertical subdivisions" and commercial condominiums.
She received her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Northern Illinois University.
