​Quarles & Brady's Schafer First Person Admitted Under New State Bar of Arizona Rule

TUCSON — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Tucson attorney Rachel M. Schafer has been the first person in the state of Arizona to be admitted to the State Bar under Rule 38(i) Military Spouse Temporary Admission.

Spouses of military personnel are able to get quick, temporary licensing in the states where their spouse is assigned. Rachel's husband is an A-10 pilot in Tucson.

Rachel is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on business litigation, including financial institutions litigation, competition law, contract disputes, and other commercial torts.
