The appellate court panel determined that because accused infringers Sorenson Communications Inc. and CaptionCall LLC failed to present sufficient evidence to establish that it would have been obvious for an ordinarily skilled artisan to have used a combination of prior art to craft the invention, U.S. District Judge James D.
