Real Estate Attorney Matthew Dombroski Joins Quarles & Brady's Madison Office as Of Counsel

Madison — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Real Estate attorney Matthew Dombroski has joined the firm's Madison office as of counsel.

Dombroski represents real estate clients with the leasing, acquisition, disposition and development of office, manufacturing, retail and other commercial space. His practice also includes the negotiation of design and construction agreements, procurement contract review and drafting, and government contracts representation.

Additionally, Dombroski represents companies in the clean energy industry on solar leasing matters in connection with state and federal regulatory compliance issues and analysis. He also regularly counsels clients with respect to environmental regulatory compliance, and environmental issues in connection with real estate transactions and corporate dispositions.

Dombroski holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, a Master of Arts from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
