Seth Goettelman Joins Quarles & Brady’s Business Law Group

MILWAUKEE, WI — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Seth Goettelman has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as an associate in the Business Law Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Goettelman served as corporate counsel at The Marcus Corporation, where he advised the theatre and hotel divisions' development teams regarding mergers and acquisitions, real estate, financial restructurings, loan negotiation, and management agreements. He also handled contract negotiations, including SaaS, software license agreements, intellectual property, and related information technology matters.

Goettelman earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
