Tonya Vachirasomboon Elected to Present Music Board of Directors
MILWAUKEE, WIS. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Tonya Vachirasomboon, an associate in the firm’s Milwaukee office, has been elected to the board of Present Music.
Vachirasomboon’s practice focuses on advising businesses in merger and acquisition transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general business matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, stockholder issues and commercial contracting. She also serves on the Forte Leadership Committee as the Young Professionals Chair for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Vachirasomboon received both her law degree, cum laude, and undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Indiana University.
