William Schultz Joins Quarles & Brady's Business Law Practice Group

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that William Schultz has joined the firm's Milwaukee office as a partner in its Business Law Practice Group.
Schultz focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general business law matters. He recently served as the general counsel of a publicly traded parent company to a global family of manufacturing businesses.
He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin.
