"ABC's of Pro Bono Representation in the Western District"

Emily Feinstein, Commercial Litigation partner in the Madison office, recently helped organize and presented at a seminar titled, "ABS's of Pro Bono Representation in the Western District." The seminar was the idea of Chief Judge William Conley. Emily worked with the Pro Se Clerks in the Western District, the Pro Bono Committee of the Western District Bar Association, and attorneys from both Perkins Coie and the Wisconsin Department of Justice to organize this seminar designed to increase the number of attorneys willing to represent pro se litigants in the Western District. Emily also presented on the topic of Selecting Experts and participated on a panel of attorneys giving counsel's perspective on these matters. The seminar was very well received.
