Labor and employment advisor with higher education background
Adrielli Ferrer advises employers on day-to-day employment matters and compliance, as well as new developments in the law. She represents public and private employers in labor and employment litigation, working on a variety of issues, including:
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Retaliation
- Wrongful termination
Prior to her career in the law, Adrielli worked at the University of California, Irvine and University of California, Riverside. At the UC, Adrielli trained undergraduate student ambassadors and conducted campus outreach to underrepresented minorities in higher education, specifically, as part of a local partnership coordinator with the Orange County Department of Education. This background gives Adrielli unique experience working with clients in education.
