Aerie Nandi has over 20 years of experience practicing employment law and nearly a decade of experience directly representing and counseling employers. Aerie routinely counsels clients on all facets of federal and state employment law matters with a focus on discrimination laws, including Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). She also has expertise guiding clients on compliance with:

Prior to joining Quarles, Aerie most recently worked for a boutique nonprofit organization that partners with employers to maintain effective employer/employee relationships by providing training, counsel and representation.
