- Supports renewable energy providers in large-scale developments through tailored due diligence review focused on project-specific development needs and providing practical solutions to ensure project success.
- Guides clients on disposition and acquisition of real property through comprehensive legal representation, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, analyzing legal due diligence and coordinating closing.
