Helping clients manage and grow their patent portfolio
Catherine Witczak focuses on domestic and international patent portfolio growth and management. She assists clients in the preparation and prosecution of utility and design applications for mechanical, electromechanical and software-based technologies, including medical devices, consumer packaging, power distribution devices and management systems, building automation systems and financial services. In addition, Catherine provides counseling and opinion work related to:

- Patent invalidity
As a former USPTO patent examiner, Catherine brings a valuable perspective to her work, helping clients efficiently navigate the patent application process and address subject matter eligibility concerns under 35 U.S.C. § 101.
