Christopher Fernandez is a registered patent attorney who focuses on domestic and international patent portfolio growth and management, including preparing and prosecuting patents. His work also includes drafting design and utility patent applications for mechanical structures, robotics and life sciences.
Prior to joining the firm, he researched and determined potential patentability of inventions received from clients and worked through the patent prosecution process in responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Chris provides detailed and client-focused information to enable his clients to make the most informed decision possible.
