Deep and broad franchise litigation experience

David Worthen guides clients on all aspects of franchise litigation. He has successfully litigated more than 1,000 cases addressing matters such as intentional underreporting of sales, tax fraud, standards enforcement, covenants not to compete, encroachment, nonpayment, trademark violations, unapproved products and vicarious liability. David also has litigated cases involving:

  • Ownership of television and radio stations

David has presented on standards enforcement at the International Franchise association (IFA) Legal Symposium and the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Franchising and has written numerous articles for franchise publications.
