Real estate law guidance for commercial properties of all types
Eric Wanner counsels clients across the country on a wide array of commercial real estate transactions. He helps them develop, acquire, sell, lease, restructure and finance developments such as luxury multifamily communities, office buildings, retail centers and industrial parks. Eric’s specific experience includes:
- Preparing and negotiating development agreements, construction agreements, architectural and other design agreements, leases, easements, restrictive covenants and other documentation.
- Equity development work such as the representation of institutional investors in national and local joint venture transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of development agreements and other venture documentation.
- National and local tenant-side leasing work for restaurant and retail clients, as well as landlord-side leasing work for institutional owners and investors.
Eric is the Arizona chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
