Trial and arbitration litigation support
Erin Oberg has extensive legal experience coordinating litigation on a national basis for corporations and self-insured manufacturers. Her strong organizational skills allow her to assist in all aspects of litigation. Erin has significant experience with electronic document and discovery management, litigation technology support and electronic trial preparation and presentation. She coordinates large scale discovery production, along with coordination of fact and expert witnesses from initial discovery through trial. Erin has assisted, prepared and attended over 20 multi-week trials and arbitrations nationally in both state and federal courts. Her other experience includes:
