Draft and prosecute patent applications with a focus on mechanical engineering
Gregory Churney focuses on all aspects of patent prosecution, which includes preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications. His core technical experience is in the field of mechanical engineering, but he also regularly assists with obtaining patent protection for technologies in the fields of electrical engineering and industrial design. Gregory has experience with a wide array of technologies, including:

- Graphical user interfaces (GUI)
In addition to utility patent procurement, Gregory also drafts, prosecutes and counsels clients on their domestic and international design patent applications, and develops sophisticated and pioneering design patent filing strategies for clients in the U.S. and abroad.
Gregory previously worked as an engineer for a leading automobile manufacturer, utilizing DOE methodology to develop various automotive designs and components and assessing surface quality using simulation software. He also has practical hands-on experience with HVAC systems and safety risk assessment for manufacturing operations.
