Haley focuses on commercial litigation and has assisted in the representation of a variety of clients, including public corporations, universities, the State of Arizona's executive branch, hospitals and private entities. She has worked on a broad range of issues, including misappropriation of intellectual property, unfair competition, negligence, breach of contract, nuisance and breach of fiduciary duties.

Haley regularly analyzes and briefs complex legal issues and utilizes her research and analytical skills to draft pleadings, pretrial motions and discovery. Haley also has experience assisting in ADR processes, including arbitration and mediation.
