Jack Bennett focuses on matters of trusts and fiduciary disputes for effective management and resolution. He has experience in administrative and litigation support for matters involving tax issues, trusts and fiduciary disputes. He also drafts documents for estate planning, including:

Jack brings a steady, strategic approach to resolving trusts and fiduciary disputes, shaped by hands-on litigation experience and a foundation in tax and estate planning. Prior to Quarles, Jack served as a law clerk at a smaller estate planning firm, where he provided administrative and litigation support for family law matters involving trusts, fiduciary disputes and tax issues. This combined experience has given him a strong foundation in both advocacy and thoughtful estate planning.
