Jack Lewis assists clients in many industries with a broad range of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, complex acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leaseback transactions, land bank transactions and real estate aspects of M&A transactions. Additionally, Jack’s practice focuses on:
- Advising public utilities on real estate matters.
- Land bank transactions and structuring, including document negotiation and identification and resolution of site-specific concerns

- Renewable energy projects
