- Represented buyer in the acquisition and renovation of a 58,000 square foot warehouse, sitting on three acres. This project utilized equity investment through a Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange, commercial financing and a construction loan.
- Represented buyer in the acquisition and ongoing renovation of a 145,000 square foot former industrial property, sitting on 40 acres. This project utilized equity and construction financing and opportunity zone tax credits.
- Represented buyer in the acquisition of a 42,000 square foot textiles manufacturing facility and warehouse, sitting on approximately three acres. This project utilized commercial and mezzanine financing.
