Justin Doop focuses on all aspects of patent law, including preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications and performing patent clearance analyses. His core background is in chemical and biological engineering, but he also regularly assists with:

• Patent protection for technology in the mechanical and design realms
• Utility and design patent applications in the chemical and mechanical sectors, comprising technology related to process engineering, life sciences, medical technology, sportswear and other consumer products
• Domestic and international design patent prosecution and registration
• Freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses and opinions

Justin is disciplined about obtaining patent protection that aligns with and advances a client's unique business objectives. Additionally, by remaining continuously involved in the design community, Justin has acquired an acute understanding of U.S. design practice and continuously provides insight regarding ongoing changes to the practice.
