Kate Krukowski is a litigator representing clients in complex commercial and civil matters in Arizona and nationwide. She handles a variety of issues and has an emphasis in the following:
- Commercial litigation, including complex contract and commercial torts
- Real estate
- Employment litigation
- Advising higher education institutions
Kate collaborates closely with her clients, both to understand their immediate and long-term business objectives and ensure their interests are vigorously protected and advanced in litigation.
