Madison Landolt

Aiding commercial real estate clients in diverse matters

Madi Landolt works with clients on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate and commercial leasing arrangements covering all real estate classes, representing both landlords and tenants. Additionally, she negotiates and drafts commercial lease agreements, letters of intent and terms related to due diligence. Madi has also assisted with several merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions for companies in a variety of industries.

Prior to law school, Madi gained valuable experience working as a financial analyst for a multinational financial services company. In this role, she worked in the commercial banking group where she helped structure and underwrite loans and lines of credit for corporate clients.
