Matthew Gordon counsels clients on labor, employment and commercial issues. His practice involves litigation in state and federal courts, proceedings before administrative agencies and advising clients on employment compliance, workplace investigations and pre-litigation issues. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked as a human resources manager, performing and overseeing payroll, employee discipline, FMLA, recruiting, benefits and DEI for a multistate organization.
