Litigation assistance with a wide range of experience
Otto Hinks assists clients with patents, litigation and other intellectual property issues. He prepares and executes cease and desist actions, discovery, motion practice, claim construction and proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Otto also helps clients enforce intellectual property on various e-commerce platforms, including utilizing Amazon's Utility Patent Neutral Evaluation Procedure (UPNEP). His experience includes advising clients in:

- Patent, trademark and copyright litigation
- Trade secret and trade dress litigation
- Unfair competition and false advertising litigation
Prior to law school, Otto spent over a decade as part of the management team for a privately run company based in Phoenix. This business background informs his understanding of his client's overall business needs and how those needs interact practically and strategically with intellectual property issues.
