Wide-ranging counsel on labor and employment issues
Peyton Turner advises clients on a wide array of labor and employment matters, across multiple industries. She counsels on employment issues, such as employee discipline and wage and hour violations. She also advocates for public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation, including:
- Wrongful termination
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Wage and hour compliance
Peyton works closely with clients to implement and execute solutions to challenging matters at all stages of litigation.
Experience in Action
- Counsels clients on new federal and California authority involving the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
- Defends employers against discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation claims.
