Federal and state product liability litigation counsel
Sarah Odegaard helps clients with product liability litigation, defending companies in complex negligence and products liability cases involving catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death. She also handles consumer warranty and consumer fraud-based litigation for manufacturers. In addition, Sarah has represented institutions accused of negligence arising out of childhood sexual abuse. Sarah has litigated a wide range of disputes in state and federal courts.
Before joining Quarles, Sarah represented common interest developments in litigation and transactional matters.
