Experienced public finance assistance for municipalities and school districts

Tracy Berrones handles hundreds of financings each year for municipalities and school districts throughout Wisconsin. She assists state and local governments with their financing needs in the delivery of legal opinions related to the issuance of debt, from sophisticated borrowers to first-time issuers, for a wide variety of projects. She drafts and reviews bond documents and material related to the process of municipal transactions. She also prepares the final transcript of proceedings for each issuer. Tracy handles a variety of issues, with an emphasis on:

  • General obligation promissory notes

  • Clean Water Fund and Safe Drinking Water financings
