As increasingly common occurrence in today's real estate industry is the formation of joint ventures between two or more unrelated entities (the "constituent joint venture partner(s)"). A joint venture may take the form of a general or limited partnership, limited liability company, corporation, REIT, limited liability limited partnership or other recognized legal entity.
