Projects cover a broad range of transactions that include commercial and manufacturing facilities, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, multifamily housing, and mixed-use projects. Our attorneys understand the capital markets that drive real estate financing and regularly counsel lenders; community, regional, and national banks; insurance companies; hedge funds; and pension funds regarding current market conditions for construction, conduit, mezzanine, permanent, and interim financings, leasehold and fee mortgage financing, securitized lending, and debt structure for loans ranging from $500,000 to in excess of $1 billion. We regularly advise clients on development loans, tax credit financing, both low-income housing and new markets, and EB-5 financings.
