Rose represents franchisors in a variety of industries, counseling them on every stage of the franchise relationship. Rose is a seasoned Franchise and Corporate Attorney with both In-House Counsel and Firm experience assisting multi-national and start-up franchisors and has extensive international experience with particular emphasis throughout Latin America. She provides legal counsel to franchisors on various complex matters, including structuring the franchise relationship, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, federal and state franchise registration and disclosure issues.
Rose has experience in preparing and negotiating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), franchise agreements, leases, guarantees, development agreements, joint venture agreements, confidentiality, consulting, licensing, distribution, services, and sales agreements and other ancillary agreements. Rose also has experience in providing general legal counsel to corporate clients on a variety of issues, including, assisting with implementation of crisis management policies, corporate and system policies and communications and other general business initiatives.
