Biography
Ryan P. Haas is a partner in the Business Law Group. He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as other privately and publicly held businesses, in a variety of significant matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments and general corporate matters. Ryan has deep experience handling transactions with values ranging from under $10 million to in excess of $1 billion.
Before joining Quarles & Brady LLP, Ryan was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago.
