Samantha Orwoll is a business law attorney who maintains a wide-ranging corporate practice. She regularly advises clients of various sizes and industries on general corporate law matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, entity formation and commercial contracting.
During law school, Samantha worked as a judicial extern for the Office of the Disciplinary Judge, as well as for a judge on the Arizona Court of Appeals, where she conducted legal research and drafted memorandums on employment, criminal, and dependency law issues. In addition, Samantha also served as a legal research aide and law student director of the Criminal Justice Reform Lab at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
