Sara D. Accardi, Associate


Sara Accardi is a commercial litigator and frequently handles a wide variety of commercial, insurance recovery, real property, trust and estates, and business litigation matters. She has assisted with jury and non-jury trials in both state and federal court. She also helps clients with government investigations, civil investigative demands, and internal investigations relating to a variety of alleged misconduct. Her recent work includes:

  • Represented a client in a three-day federal bench trial prosecuting replevin and conversion claims, which resulted in a favorable settlement for the client prior to the conclusion of trial;
  • Assisted in the preparation and representation at trial of an individual trustee in a premature termination and removal of trustee action brought by the trust beneficiaries. Following a three-day bench trial, the court found in favor of the trustee on all claims;
  • Secured large surplus funds awards for a variety of financial institution clients following tax deed sales of multiple secured properties throughout the state; and,
  • Represented an individual in an adversary proceeding requesting a full discharge of her student loans and obtained a consent judgment providing for all requested relief, including a full student loan discharge.

Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, Ms. Accardi served as a law clerk at Infinite Energy, Inc., while attending law school, where she completed legal research projects and drafted various state and federal court documents.
