Scott A. Klundt, Partner


Scott Klundt is a partner in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Creditor's Rights Group and has extensive experience enforcing the rights of secured and unsecured creditors. Using pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies, including replevins, attachments, garnishments, and receiverships, he enables creditors to move quickly to protect and recover their collateral and to collect debt owed to them. Scott has been involved in numerous judicial and non-judicial foreclosures of real property liens and personal property security interests and in enforcing the rights of landlords under commercial leases, including eviction actions and lockouts. His clients include banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other commercial lenders, loan servicers, commercial landlords, and court-appointed receivers.
