Biography
Stephen Osseiran focuses his practice on intellectual property law, particularly intellectual property litigation. He has researched and drafted legal memos for patent, IPR, and trademark litigation. He works with clients in various industries including automotive, aviation, robotics, electrical devices, commercial goods, optical devices, IoT and signal communications systems.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Stephen worked for multiple years in the automotive industry as a research and development engineer and process engineer for a Tier 1 global automotive supplier. While working in the automotive industry, Stephen gained experience in automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing technologies and methods.
