Tara Petzoldt is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She focuses her practice on general litigation matters including matters dealing with federal and state law, preparing clients for court, and drafting judicial memoranda.
Tara received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, Tara served as an Articles Editor for the Stetson Law Review, worked as a teaching assistant in Trial Advocacy and Criminal Law, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Louis J. Virelli III. Tara received high grade awards in Criminal Law, Evidence, and Research and Writing II. Prior to joining the firm, Tara served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable James D. Whittemore of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
