Tera D. Johnson, Associate

Biography

Tera Johnson is a member of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors' Rights group. She represents secured and unsecured creditors, including banks, equipment financers, and landlords, both in and out of bankruptcy. She is also an experienced litigator who has represented commercial clients in multiple state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.

Tera's experience includes representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings; reviewing debtor schedules and plans; drafting and arguing objections to plan confirmation and/or discharge; representing businesses in general litigation matters, including actions for replevin, foreclosure, evictions, and actions between landlords and tenants; and drafting discovery requests, responses, and motions to compel.
