Biography

Thomas Krumenacher is the Milwaukee and Minneapolis Office Chair for the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Thomas focuses his practice on U.S. and foreign patents and trademarks. He has considerable experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, mechanical, software, and medical device arts, along with counseling and preparing opinions in patent and trademark infringement and validity matters, patent and trademark litigation support, strategic patent portfolio development and filing strategies, patent landscape analysis including due diligence reviews and freedom to operate reviews, and performing IP audits and evaluations.
