Biography
Tiffany N. Morris is a member of the firm’s Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group. She has over 12 years of legal experience in a variety of positions, advancing from receptionist/file clerk to legal secretary to legal specialist. Her experience includes:
- Energy, Environment & Natural Resources; Mining
- Real estate and business transactions related to the development of mineral properties including title review and the preparation of mineral title reports, purchase and royalty agreements, land use, rights-of-way, zoning, municipal and tribal negotiations, and environmental permitting and compliance
- Work closely with clients to prepare and file annual claim maintenance affidavits for unpatented mining claims with the Bureau of Land Management

- Assist attorneys in trials, hearings, mediations and arbitrations including preparing and finalizing exhibit lists

- Docket management including scheduling of annual meetings and filings, filing with the Arizona Corporation Commission, Arizona Secretary of State, Arizona Department of Revenue and Pima County Assessor
- Client management including communication with clients for scheduling of meetings and obtaining client's assistance in document preparation
